Ordering and Delivery Information

UK Delivery Options

Free Delivery (typically 3-5 working days)

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £40, otherwise the standard delivery charge is £3.99

Despatch and delivery is between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Order before 2pm during this time and we'll aim to despatch your order the same day

Free standard delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only

£40 is the value of the goods after promotional deductions ie.g. 10% discount code.  If you return any goods and the residual order value falls below the free delivery threshold then the standard delivery charge shall be applied.

Express Delivery (typically 1-2 working days) - £6.99

Despatch and delivery is between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays)

Orders must be placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday to be despatched on the same day and usually delivered in 1-2 working days.  Generally on the next working day but please note this is not a guaranteed service although a high proportion of orders do arrive next day.  Please note that during industrial strike action by Royal Mail we suggest that you order any urgent items by courier instead.

UK mainland addresses only. Service unavailable in remote locations such as parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland

If you wish to have an item couriered on either a same day (where available) or on a guaranteed next day service then please contact us for a choice of options and quotations.

Next Working Day - £11.99

Despatch and delivery is between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders must be placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday to be despatched on the same day and usually delivered the next working day.

UK mainland addresses only. Service unavailable in remote locations such as parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Remote locations and Northern Island are typically 2-3 days by courier.

Please note that certain race wear are held in limited quantities and may not be available on the next day service.  Please contact us if you need delivery next day so we can check stock for you.

Saturday / Sunday Delivery - £14.99

Saturday Delivery

Orders must be placed before 2:00pm Friday (excluding bank holidays) to be delivered Saturday

Orders placed after 2:00pm will be send for delivery on the next available service (meaning delivery could be Sunday, Monday or Tuesday depending on the order dispatch time)

If you can only accept delivery on a Saturday (and no other days of the week) then please contact us immediately if you have missed the above 2pm deadline and want your order held for the following Saturday rather than sent on the next quickest date.

Sunday Delivery

Orders must be placed before 10:00 am on Saturday (excluding bank holidays) to be delivered Sunday

Orders placed after 10am Saturday will be send for delivery on the next available service (meaning delivery will typically be on Tuesday, or Wednesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday)

If you can only accept delivery on a Sunday (and no other days of the week) then please contact us immediately if you have missed the above 10am deadline and want your order held for the following Sunday rather than sent on the next quickest date.

Exclusions

This service is available to UK mainland addresses only and typically is by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Service is unavailable in remote locations such as parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland.  Very bulky or heavy items cannot be delivered using this service. If in doubt check with us.

Important Delivery Reminders

Please ensure you check your address is correct and include a mobile phone number where possible with you order.  This does really help to ensure you receive your order as expected and can be kept up to date with its progress.

Please note that all the above delivery timescales are not guaranteed. We will always aim to dispatch on the service requested and have a very high success rate for delivery when you need the item.  However there can be situations outside our control (bad weather, strikes, courier issues etc) that can prevent the order being received when expected.  In these cases no refund of shipping charges can be made.

International Delivery

Do you deliver to my country?

We're happy to deliver to most countries. Simply drop us a message detailing exactly what you want to order and we will provide you with a shipping quotation.

For EU countries we are able to send items duty paid (orders up to 150 euros) so that there should be no further duty payable when the items arrive.

Ordering

When will you despatch my order?

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. 

For the Express Tracked and Next Day Courier delivery option, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday to be despatched on the same day and delivered in 1 - 2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays).

For the Standard Delivery option, we'll aim to despatch your order on the same day as long as it's placed before 2pm.

At exceptionally busy times like Christmas or in periods of adverse weather conditions or during industrial action by Royal Mail or others, deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal timescales quoted. At these times we cannot guarantee express delivery when selected.

Can I track my order?

Yes, for express tracked orders, when we despatch your order we will email you with the tracking details (this email can sometimes go into a junk folder so check there too).

Tracking details may not appear on the carrier's website until the parcel has been scanned into their network on the evening of despatch.

If you've set up an account with us then you can log in to check the status and tracking of your order. 

Can I change by delivery address?

Yes, when paying by card you can enter your delivery address at the first stage and then enter your billing address where your card is registered to at the payment method stage. 

For PayPal or Amazon Pay, we are only able to ship to the registered address that you select from your account.

If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed your order and before it has been shipped then contact us immediately and we will see if this is possible.

Need to amend your order?

If you need to amend your order, for example to add or remove items, then you must contact us ASAP.

Email us and also telephone us immediately you realise you need to make a change to the order.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible so we cannot guarantee to make the amendment before the order is shipped and has been collected by our delivery partners.

What size should I choose?

We have size guides with all swimwear and each product has details of the features of the swimsuit.

LIke most clothing its hard to be certain of the size so we offer a simple and hassle free returns process should you wish to order more than one size or exchange to another size.
